We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance with strong expertise in Taxation to join a key entity within a well-established group based in Colombo. The names of the company and the group will be disclosed only to shortlisted candidates.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record as a senior finance leader (Director / Head of Finance)
- Strong focus on Taxation – including direct, indirect, corporate, international tax, and compliance
- Proficiency in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience managing tax audits, regulatory submissions, and risk management (knowledge of Sri Lankan tax regulations is preferred)
- Capability to align tax strategy with broader business objectives
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CA / CPA / ACCA)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, including at least 4–5 years in a tax-focused leadership role
