A globally know CPG brand in the F&B space is looking for an eCommerce Director to own and scale their direct-to-consumer business end-to-end. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of digital commerce. This is a key senior hire to build the infrastructure that supports the next chapter of growth.
The Role
You'll be the operating backbone of the DTC business, translating commercial strategy into disciplined execution. You'll work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and external partners to build a DTC operating system that drives profitable growth and scalable product launches.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end Shopify platform management and digital shelf optimisation
- Evaluate and introduce implementation of emerging digital tools
- Demand forecasting and inventory planning in partnership with finance and supply chain
- CRM and lifecycle marketing operations (Klaviyo or equivalent)
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in DTC, within CPG or food/beverage
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience of building structure and leading teams
