Company: High Limit Racing

Location: United States

Position Overview

High Limit Racing is seeking a Director of Accounting & Finance to lead and own the company’s day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, payroll administration, and compliance.

This hands-on role serves as the primary steward of the company’s financial integrity, reporting directly to executive leadership to maintain clean GAAP-compliant books, improve reporting clarity, and support sound decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a CPA-level accounting professional comfortable operating in a QuickBooks Online (QBO) environment while managing multi-state compliance, event-level financial tracking, and financial planning. We are looking for someone who values simplicity in financial systems and builds durable, well-organized accounting processes in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

This position works closely with the COO on day-to-day financial operations in a lean, fast-growing organization and requires a high level of independent execution. Minimal travel may be required for select meetings or events.

The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting a traveling, event-driven business where revenue, staffing, and operations move across multiple jurisdictions throughout the season.
