My client is a listed asset management firm, and now is looking for a investment banking VP/D. This role is mainly focusing on IPO/M&A/ODI
- Provide consulting services related to equity structure restructuring for client enterprises, including Red Chip structure, ODI (Overseas Direct Investment) and other related businesses.
- Conduct daily maintenance and management of cooperative parties related to enterprise structure, such as law firms, accounting firms, tax firms, etc.
- Maintain attention to updates on relevant laws and industry trends, and timely collect, sort out and transmit such information.
- Design relevant business processes and compile related documents such as product specifications.
- Provide training on relevant content to other employees in the department.
- Complete the work delivered by other departments.
