A technology company is looking for

Director of Business, Product, and Strategy

Objective:

Lead the creation, transformation, and scaling of businesses by integrating strategy, operational execution, and a commercial mindset, driving profitable growth through innovative business models, product development, marketing strategies, and sales channel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company’s overall business growth strategy, identifying expansion opportunities, new markets, and revenue streams, while ensuring effective execution.
  • Lead the design and evolution of business models, as well as the development and scaling of products, services, or strategic business units with a focus on profitability and differentiation.
  • Direct the commercial and marketing strategy, establishing positioning guidelines, demand generation initiatives, and customer management practices to maximize business value and revenue.
  • Ensure the operational execution of the strategy by aligning organizational capabilities, processes, and resources to guarantee efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Manage the overall business performance (P&L) by monitoring key indicators and ensuring the achievement of financial goals and sustainable growth.
  • Optimize business profitability through pricing strategies, operational efficiency, and maximizing customer value throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a results-oriented, collaborative, and accountable organizational culture aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in leadership roles in strategy, business development, transformation, or business unit management
  • 5+ years in creating, launching, or scaling businesses, products, or strategic initiatives
  • Experience leading commercial and marketing strategies with direct impact on revenue generation
  • Knowledge of P&L management and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of business models, monetization, and profitability
  • Advanced English
  • Understanding of data analytics and business metrics
  • General knowledge of digital environments and technology applied to business
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies
