🚀 We’re hiring: Collect Group is looking for a Deputy Finance Controller to join our finance team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a qualified or nearly qualified finance professional with 2–3 years of Big 4 experience in Cyprus, strong accounting knowledge, and the ambition to grow within a fast-moving fintech environment, who will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Location: HQ in Limassol
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Group Finance Controller in daily finance operations and reporting
• Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Assist with audit preparation and communication with external auditors
• Support tax, VAT, and statutory reporting processes
• Help improve internal finance controls, procedures, and reporting standards
• Coordinate with accounting, legal, compliance, and operations teams
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial records
Requirements
• CPA / ACA / ACCA qualification, or in progress
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 audit or advisory in Cyprus as big advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience with Cyprus local reporting requirements
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Fluent English, Greek; other language will be considered an advantage
• Interest in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services is a plus
