Key Responsibilities
Program & Initiative Leadership
- Lead large-scale cross-functional programs involving technology, product development, and business operations.
- Define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines while establishing clear milestones and measurable success indicators.
- Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and ensure initiatives are executed according to plan.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions across departments to ensure resources are aligned with strategic objectives.
Resource & Budget Oversight
- Manage project-level resources, ensuring teams are allocated efficiently across multiple initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets, utilization, and cost performance to maintain financial discipline.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize delivery effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Build strong alignment among stakeholders across business units, product teams, engineering, and operational functions.
- Promote accountability and collaboration among teams involved in program delivery.
- Influence decision-making across functions to maintain program progress.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish governance frameworks that provide transparency and oversight for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain reporting structures to update executive leadership on program progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure consistent reporting cadence for senior management and board-level visibility.
Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on program execution, organizational transformation, and operational improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Experience & Skills
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on program execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple departments such as product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on schedule and within approved budgets.
- Experience working in structured program management or PMO environments with established governance and reporting practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA is advantageous.
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in areas such as program management, transformation initiatives, or management consulting.
- Experience within fintech, payments, or digital financial services is beneficial.
- Exposure to initiatives such as organizational transformation, operating model redesign, or post-merger integration is highly valued.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.
- Agile or Scrum certifications are considered an advantage.
