Responsible for the management of the Facilities Planning and Maintenance Department, including the planning and design conceptualization of the Bank’s buildings and departments, project cost evaluation, and contract preparation. Oversees building construction projects from planning to completion to ensure on‑time delivery and proper turnover to branches and various divisions.
Provides technical advice and recommendations, when required, to client departments such as the Branch Banking Group, Trust, Asset Management and Recovery Division, Acquired Assets Division, and Corporate Planning Group (for signages).
Acts as Property Manager and oversees the Building Administrator, ensuring cost‑effective building management, repair, and maintenance of the Bank’s buildings, facilities, and equipment, as well as the safety of building occupants. Oversees building administration, daily building operations, facility and equipment maintenance, and overall housekeeping of the Bank’s buildings.
