Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Analyst to manage daily business operations, monitor operational performance, and drive process improvements. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Collections, Product, Risk, Technology, and Customer Support, to ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage daily BAU (Business As Usual) operational activities.
- Monitor operational queues, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams for faster closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Collections, Product, Risk, Tech, and Customer Support teams.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high operational efficiency.
- Support process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce turnaround time.
- Maintain accuracy in reporting, reconciliations, and operational records.
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting.
- Data Analysis and Reporting.
- MIS Preparation and Management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and accountability mindset.
- Experience in handling customer escalations and operational coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Bachelor's Degree is acceptable.
- SQL basics, Tableau for dashboard creation
- Experience in handling customer escalations and operational coordination
- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Customer Operations, Collections, FinTech, or related domains.
- Prior experience in FinTech, NBFC, Lending, Banking, or Digital Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
