- We are seeking a delivery lead with deep healthcare provider experience to lead delivery excellence while enabling growth across functional areas and technology landscape.
- This role is anchored in delivery leadership, with accountability for execution, financial performance, and client outcomes, while also playing a critical role in identifying and enabling growth through delivery led insights.
- The individual will operate as a delivery leader embedded within provider engagements, leveraging domain expertise, provider relationships, and execution credibility to support account expansion in partnership with sales and leadership teams.
- Provide senior level delivery leadership, ensuring consistent execution quality, governance, and outcomes.
- Own delivery performance across programs, including financial, operational, and quality metrics.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to provider executives and operational leaders by speaking provider language and understanding provider workflows.
- Leverage delivery oversight to identify growth opportunities across horizontals and support account expansion.
- Translate delivery insights and provider needs into actionable opportunities in partnership with sales and solutioning teams.
- Build and strengthen relationships beyond traditional IT stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and business leadership.
- Ensure delivery models comply with healthcare regulatory, data privacy, and contractual requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, teams, and engagement models Required Experience & Skills.
- Extensive experience leading delivery for healthcare provider organizations.
- Proven senior level delivery leadership across complex, multi workstream engagements.
- Strong understanding of provider operations, workflows, and healthcare business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through delivery credibility.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior provider stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills across delivery, sales, and leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare IT services, consulting, or digital transformation delivery.
- Exposure to application services, data, analytics, automation, or related healthcare capabilities.
- Experience operating in regulated healthcare environments with strict compliance and data privacy requirements.
