Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm Job Purpose To support the debt recovery process by managing outstanding accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensure timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities Chase and recover outstanding debts in a professional and timely manner. Communicate with customers and relevant parties to resolve payment queries. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Prepare debt reports and assist with account reconciliation. Process payments and support financial administration. Produce basic management information and reports using Excel and other systems. Escalate cases where appropriate and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
Provide general administrative support and undertake other duties as required. Skills & Experience Previous experience in debt recovery, credit control, or a similar finance administration role. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer systems. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
