Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles. This opportunity is for one of our newest and most exciting sub-brands, born to play.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new dealer partners by evaluating potential dealer groups and strategic locations to lead network expansion across Indonesia.
- Conduct dealer feasibility and capability assessments, including financial strength, operational capability, and market potential.
- Lead the development of new outlets, ensuring construction progress, layout implementation, facility readiness, and standardization meet company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth dealer expansion.
- Manage documentation and approval processes related to dealer network development, including LIO submissions, internal approvals, and reporting to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer network development, retail channel expansion, or business development within the automotive industry.
- Strong network and connections with potential dealer groups in Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of project development processes, including outlet measurement, layout review, AutoCAD drawings, and network standardization.
- Excellent negotiation skills, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
