We are currently looking for a Dealer Performance Senior Executive to strengthen our Network Performance Management function and support the continuous improvement and future readiness of our dealer network across Malaysia.

What awaits you?

Dealer Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse dealer performance across sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate, data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Dealer Performance Improvement & Reviews

  • Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for underperforming dealers.
  • Organise and conduct structured performance reviews, providing clear feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on improvement actions.

Training & Capability Development

  • Analyse dealer performance data to identify capability gaps and training needs.
  • Support the development of performance models to enhance dealer effectiveness and maturity.

Market & Network Insights

  • Analyse new vehicle market share trends and competitive landscape.
  • Share insights with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaign planning, market strategies and network expansion initiatives.

Retail.Next & Future Initiatives

  • Support the implementation of Retail.Next, including new processes, roles and digital tools.
  • Assist with future-oriented and central initiatives aligned with BMW Group strategic priorities.
  • Ensure dealers are effectively supported throughout transformation and change initiatives.

What you should bring along?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Project Management or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in dealer network performance, sales operations, business development or automotive-related roles.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Independent, mature and results-driven personality with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
