Role Description
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for the top-of-funnel growth engine for our organization – identifying new leads, conducting research, generating potential business opportunities, and fostering initial communication with prospects. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are efficiently converted into clients while maintaining consistent communication to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute structured data entry strategies aligned with defined Ideal Customer Profiles
- Identify and research high-quality prospects across target industries, geographies, and decision-maker levels
- Leverage advanced prospecting tools (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other databases) to build accurate and scalable outreach lists
- Conduct in-depth company and stakeholder research to support personalized outbound campaigns
- Build, segment, and maintain clean prospect databases to support multi-channel outreach initiatives
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, enrichment, and validation across all lead lists
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting criteria and improve conversion quality
