Our client 3G Constructions is looking for a Data Entry Specialist – Finance & Accounting in Lahore

3G Constructions, a reputable construction company with expertise in high-rise building projects, is looking for a committed and detail-focused Data Entry Associate. This position requires the accurate input of bookkeeping data related to accounts and finance, ensuring the highest levels of numerical accuracy and data integrity. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management software. They work effectively both independently and within a team environment, contributing to smooth financial data handling and reporting. Holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts and Finance is essential, along with possessing a professional approach to tasks and collaborations. In this role, the Data Entry Associate plays a vital part in maintaining and updating the company’s financial records. Precision and speed in typing, combined with strong data verification skills, ensure that financial information is recorded correctly and efficiently. Although this role does not include managing a team, the associate is expected to communicate clearly and cooperate with colleagues to support data management processes across departments. A solid foundation in basic computer skills and experience with financial data entry creates a strong base for success in this position.

Responsibilities

KEY Responsibilities

:

  • Accurately input financial and bookkeeping data into company’s ERP systems.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure numerical accuracy in all entries.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance and accounts team to support daily operational activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and manage financial information efficiently.
  • Handling invoices, purchase orders, and billing records.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of financial data.
  • Any other tasks related to accounts department.

Requirements

  • Education: Master in Commerce (M. Com) / Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with purchasing order systems, payables and Inventory Management Systems.
  • Must have good experience of Ms. Office and ERP software’s.
  • Ability to maintain and organize accounting records and documentation effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary Range: 60,000-70,000
