Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Coordinator role based in McAllen, TX. The Data Coordinator will collect, enter, validate, and maintain property, financial, and transactional data across internal systems and databases. Responsibilities include monitoring data quality, performing regular audits, and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with finance, operations, and asset management teams. The role involves preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, summarizing key metrics, and supporting data requests for analysis, forecasting, and compliance. The Data Coordinator will also document data processes, help improve workflows, and support system updates or integrations to ensure accurate, timely, and secure information management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Data Management, including data entry, validation, maintenance, and database or spreadsheet use (e.g., Excel).
- Experience with Data Analysis and Data Analytics tools or techniques to support reporting and decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting data procedures clearly.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with technology, including standard office software; familiarity with real estate or financial systems is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Information Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in data coordination, operations, or reporting within real estate, finance, or a similar industry is preferred.
