About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team onsite in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of working across diverse domains including retail, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating compelling visualizations, and developing predictive models to forecast trends and behaviors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, the analyst will design and manage ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within retail, pharmaceutical, or financial domains.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline management.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Tableau and Power BI to facilitate real-time decision-making.
- Build predictive models employing Python and statistical techniques to forecast future outcomes and behaviors.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses and machine learning to uncover deeper insights and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to enhance campaign strategies and operational workflows.
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
