We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to support process transformation initiatives by converting complex data into meaningful insights. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and visualization, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational performance across the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver insights that drive business efficiency and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business and operational data requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, queries, and analytical datasets
- Perform data preparation, relational analysis, and trend identification
- Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs
- Identify data inconsistencies, operational gaps, and performance issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and support data-driven problem resolution
- Deliver monthly reports, KPIs, and executive-level insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Maintain strong data governance, documentation, and quality standards
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, aggregations, optimization)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical stakeholders)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Desired Skills
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or analytics engineering
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
- Experience working with operational or financial datasets
- Knowledge of reporting frameworks and performance metrics
