Data Analyst
📍 Makati | Hybrid/Onsite Setup – Day Shift
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business reporting, KPI monitoring, and operational data management. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel and reporting skills who are comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and release accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Validate sales incentives and promotional data
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests from different business units
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports
- Support process improvements related to reporting and data handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 2 years experience in reporting, data processing, or analytics is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)
- Experience in handling structured data and preparing reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Insurance or financial services experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Data validation and quality checking
- Reporting and dashboard support
- Administrative and operational reporting experience
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
