We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage SharePoint sites and develop weekly announcements
• Enter and analyze data, forecast potential funding impacts, and draft formal memos
• Validate project data and perform updates in various government systems
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in data management and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat (including form development)
• Familiarity with government automated systems such as NexGen IT and FM Suite is desired
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent quantitative abilities
