JOB PURPOSE

To supervise and manage the credit analysis process to ensure all financing applications are assessed accurately, in accordance with company policies and risk management standards, while maintaining a healthy credit portfolio and minimizing potential credit risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Credit Analysis Supervision

  • Supervise the creditworthiness analysis process conducted by Credit Analysts for prospective customers.
  • Ensure the credit evaluation process follows the 5C principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition).
  • Review credit analysis reports and provide approval within the authorized approval limit.
  • Ensure all credit recommendations comply with the company’s credit policies and procedures.

2. Credit Document Evaluation

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of required credit documentation including:
  • Identification documents (ID Card / KTP)
  • Family Card (KK)
  • Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
  • Salary slips or business financial statements
  • Vehicle or asset ownership documents
  • Ensure all submitted documents comply with the company's compliance and regulatory requirements.

3. Credit Risk Control

  • Identify potential credit risks and Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
  • Conduct risk mitigation through:
  • repayment capacity analysis
  • customer data verification
  • cross-checking field survey results.
  • Ensure credit decisions maintain the quality of the company’s financing portfolio.

4. Coordination with Related Departments

Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams including:

  • Sales / Marketing Team for customer data clarification.
  • Survey Team regarding field investigation results.
  • Collection Team to monitor credit performance and portfolio quality.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments during the credit approval process.

5. Credit Portfolio Monitoring

  • Monitor the performance and quality of approved financing facilities.
  • Analyze portfolio performance indicators such as:
  • Delinquency rate
  • NPL ratio
  • Customer credit quality.
  • Provide recommendations to management for portfolio improvement.

6. Team Supervision and Development

  • Supervise and guide Credit Analysts / Credit Officers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
  • Provide coaching and training related to credit analysis, policy updates, and risk awareness.

7. Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports for management regarding:
  • total credit applications received
  • credit approval rate
  • credit portfolio quality
  • potential credit risks.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timely submission.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis or credit risk management, preferably in a leasing or multifinance company.
  • Experience in team supervision is preferred.
