ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting for one of its clients a Credit Analyst position within an Global Business Services environment supporting a major international FMCG organization.
As part of a large-scale transformation program, we are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join the GBS team in Bucharest. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective credit risk management, balancing commercial objectives with financial control, and supporting the implementation of best-in-class credit management practices across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for designated credit processes, providing analytical insights, driving process compliance, and supporting consistent policy execution. Working closely with business stakeholders and external service providers, you will help safeguard business growth while minimizing financial exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Process Management & Governance
- Manage and oversee specific credit management activities, including risk assessment, collections, and dispute management;
- Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into effective operational processes and controls;
- Ensure alignment with company policies and maintain consistency across markets and stakeholder groups.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, compliance metrics, and credit risk indicators;
- Deliver data-driven analysis and reporting to support business decisions;
- Identify process inefficiencies and conduct root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
Operational Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Provide guidance and support to Credit Support teams and third-party service providers;
- Ensure accurate and consistent execution of credit-related activities;
- Assist in resolving complex issues and escalations through structured analysis and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization;
- Contribute to policy reviews and process enhancement initiatives;
- Promote standardization and implementation of best practices across the organization.
Credit Risk Monitoring
- Monitor customer exposure against approved credit limits;
- Identify early warning signs and potential risk areas;
- Recommend and initiate mitigation actions for high-risk accounts to minimize financial impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Credit Risk, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Finance functions;
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSCM, credit management frameworks, and financial analysis;
- Previous experience within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment is highly desirable;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
