We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients in the luxury retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a dynamic and performance-driven environment, with responsibility over a prestigious retail operation in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Country Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all country-level operations, including retail performance, back-office operations, and financial management.
- Drive the execution of corporate strategies at the local level, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Manage store openings, renovations, and lease negotiations in partnership with malls and landlords.
- Monitor business KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (~30 staff: 15 office, 15 boutiques) that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- +8 years of experience in retail operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within luxury retail.
- Proven track record in managing multi-store operations and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a hands-on and analytical mindset.
- Experience in watches, jewelry, or luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus for interactions with French luxury brands.
