Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities. This role will play a key part in managing budgets and supporting change management processes to ensure cost efficiency and project alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Track project costs and identify variances
- Support and manage the cost change process, including documentation, approvals, and tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost alignment
Qualifications:
- Experience in cost analysis
- Strong experience with budgeting processes and change management controls
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
