Position: Dynamic Corporate Trust Professional with Risk Management Focus

In this role, you will work closely with Corporate Trust Officers, contributing to negotiations for new trusteeships. You will ensure seamless execution of administrative matters alongside an Associate Trust Officer. Responsibilities include interacting with legal counsel and analyzing documentation to protect client interests in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate trust and agency agreements with clients
• Provide backup support for two client account portfolios
• Review corporate financing documentation for compliance
• Monitor accounts receivable and manage fee structures
• Prepare and execute correspondence for client communications
Requirements:
• Degree in law, business, commerce, or finance preferred
• 3-5 years in financial or securities industry experience
• Canadian Securities Course or equivalent training beneficial
• Ability to thrive in both autonomous and team settings
• Strong skills in prioritization and deadline management
