Overall Job Responsibility
In this role, you will provide essential operational and administrative support across the organisation’s work planning and performance monitoring cycles. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating the annual work plan exercise through the synthesis of business units' priorities, as well as maintaining the Performance Measurement Framework by collecting and analysing data and preparing visual progress reports. Additionally, you will serve as a key secretariat support, handling logistics for Board and management meetings, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to facilitate seamless board governance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Annual SG Enable Work Plan
- Provide support in the annual work plan exercise which includes:
- Develop standardized templates and toolkits to streamline divisional workplan submissions, ensuring consistency across the organisation
- Communicate workplan process and timeline to business units and provide guidance to resolve queries regarding the planning process
- Analyze and synthesize divisional submissions into a cohesive corporate workplan that reflects organisational priorities for review and approval
- Manage the timely divisional submissions and coordinate the communication of the finalised plans to internal and external stakeholders
Organisational Performance Measurement
- Engage business units to establish and review as needed, SG Enable’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) to ensure relevance and alignment with the organisation’s strategic priorities, and the achievement of desired outcomes and impact.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure timely and accurate data submissions and manage the consolidation and preparation of the relevant quarterly/half-yearly performance reports
- Provide analysis on data collected and performance variances, identifying the causes for the decline/increase of relevant indicators and monitoring their progress to meeting the annual targets
- Review and enhance visual reporting and translate data into actionable insights through the use of “at-a-glance” health indicators, momentum indication by comparing current figures against prior periods as well as drafting of key observation titles for reporting sections to summarise performance trends
- Actively support and contribute to the roadmap and conceptualisation of system enhancements to digitalise the end-to-end PMF reporting process including UAT support where applicable
Board & internal middle-management meetings Secretariat
- Provide support in the following areas:
- Facilitate logistics for Board and internal middle-management meetings including scheduling, venue booking/setup, polling and approval for agenda items, coordination and circulation of agendas and papers etc.
- Record minutes and attendance and esnure timely circulation of approved minutes
- Plan and organise Board engagements such as Board retreats, Board appreciation events, etc.
- Maintain repository for minutes, resolutions, statutory filings, board members’ database etc.
Other Duties

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- Relevant degree, preferably with 2 years’ experience in Corporate Planning, Board Secretariat, or Corporate Governance
- Analytical skills, paired with good grounding in business operations and proficiency in interpreting data trends, data visualisation and identifying the “story” behind the numbers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous with good organisation skills to ensure tasks are on track and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- Good people skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in the disability sector or familiarity with disability issues is an advantage
