Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance across multiple business units
- Lead group-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
- Analyze variances and provide insights at both entity and group level
- Monitor group cash flow, liquidity, and intercompany funding structure
- Support strategic initiatives, M&A evaluation, and business expansion
- Liaise with BU finance teams and senior stakeholders for alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in holding/group structure or multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting
- Experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business case evaluation
- Solid knowledge of cash flow management and intercompany transactions
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across diverse business units
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to see both big picture & granular details
