What you’ll be doing:
Leading valuations, financial due diligence, and end-to-end transaction support projects
Working closely with clients from origination through negotiation to completion
Shaping and developing the corporate finance function with guidance from senior partners
Collaborating across the wider firm (including audit, tax, and payroll teams)
Supporting BD efforts with a generous incentive scheme on offer
What they’re looking for:
ACA-qualified (or equivalent experience) with 1+ years in corporate finance
Experience across valuations, FDD, and transaction support / lead advisory
A proactive, hands-on style with excellent client communication skills
Someone eager to learn, with a commercial mindset and a good sense of humour
Ideally, experience gained in a small to mid-sized firm
