Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal point of contact coordinating across external advisors — legal counsel, financial advisors, and auditors — ensuring workstreams stay on track and information requests are handled promptly.
- Own the company's integrated financial model: maintain 3–5 year projections, scenario analysis, and sensitivity tables that support external advisor workstreams.
- Support equity story development — helping translate our financials and business narrative into materials that resonate with institutional investors.
- Track peer valuations on the SET and regional exchanges; maintain a live comparable company analysis.
- Prepare management for key milestones — investor presentation prep, Q&A support, and board-level updates on strategic finance progress.
- Prepare investor materials: pitch decks, teasers, data room documentation, and management presentation support.
- Build and manage the financial model used in investor discussions, including valuation analysis (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions).
- Manage the fundraising data room — organize, maintain, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
- Track investor pipeline, prepare follow-up materials, and support due diligence processes.
- Screen and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities across SEA, with a focus on computer vision, AI, and adjacent verticals.
- Build full acquisition models: accretion/dilution analysis, synergy modeling, pro forma consolidation.
- Prepare memos and transaction summaries for management and board review.
- Support due diligence workstreams — coordinate with legal, tax, and technical
- advisors.
- Track M&A market activity in the AI/SaaS/tech space across Thailand and SEA.
General Finance Support
- Support CFO on board materials, management presentations, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
- Contribute to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) as needed — budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
- Help build the infrastructure for a finance function that can operate at listed- company standard.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a Big Four transaction advisory practice.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple live workstreams.
- Strong communicator — can synthesize complex financial analysis into clear, concise language for non-finance audiences.
- Operates well in ambiguity and a lean team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in Thai and working proficiency in English required.
