Responsibilities
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of M&A, fundraising, and corporate finance transactions
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, information memoranda, and investor presentations
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis on companies and investment opportunities
- Perform market, industry, and company research, leveraging tools such as Bloomberg and Capital IQ
- Assist in drafting reports and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and external advisors (e.g., legal, accounting)
- Support business development initiatives and client engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in M&A / Investment Banking / Big 4 Corporate Finance or Transaction Services
- Well verse in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies
- Well verse in analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
