Corporate Finance Analyst – Position Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst or Associate who will play a critical role in financial analysis, M&A evaluation, performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. This individual will work closely with senior leadership across Finance, Operations, and Corporate Development to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development to drive strategic decision‑making and performance visibility.
  • Support corporate development activities, including M&A evaluation, financial diligence, synergy analysis, and integration planning.
  • Produce executive‑level performance reporting and dashboards, analyzing trends across revenue streams, cost centers, and markets.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to deliver financial insights, conduct strategic and competitive analyses, and support pricing, capital planning, and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate development, or a similarly analytically rigorous role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and working capital dynamics.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills (three-statement modeling, DCF, LBO, sensitivity analyses).
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables; VBA/macros a plus).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, private equity–backed environment.
