The Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), a Lucky Strike Entertainment company, is seeking a Corporate Development & Finance Manager to join its Finance & Strategy group, which oversees financial planning, corporate finance, and strategic planning across all PBA business lines. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager will serve as the senior finance leader responsible for building and running a proactive, forward-looking FP&A function. This is a hands-on leadership role partnering with Business Leads across Media Rights, Sponsorships, Membership, Events, and Digital revenue streams to forecast business trajectory, formulate budgets, and shape the company’s long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous and comfortable conducting primary research, building sophisticated data and analytics frameworks, constructing complex business and P&L models, and leading end-to-end business model creation across new and existing ventures

  • g Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field with a strong G
  • PA3–6 years of corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or strategy experience, ideally within sports, entertainment, media, or a related indust
  • ryDemonstrated experience conducting research and building data & analytics frameworks, P&L models, and new business models from the ground
