Our client is one of the world’s largest and most successful investment firms with a 40+ year track record of investment excellence and they are currently looking to hire and Investment Associate / Senior Associate to join their team. This position will sit on a team that is responsible for the analysis of their Corporate Credit portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring of corporate portfolio trading performance through detailed financial statements analysis & dialogue with the company
- Investment analysis of their portfolio
- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Preparation of quarterly reviews and presentation to Investment Committees
The key attributes required from successful candidates are:
- 5-8 years relevant experience (i.e. investment banking, corporate finance, deals, M&A, private equity, transaction services or restructuring)
- Excellent academic background
- ACA or CFA qualified not essential but preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and a deep understanding of financial statements / financial modelling
