This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers on a wide range of commercial, compliance, and operational legal matters while supporting a business tackling complex, real-world challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review, and manage a high volume of legal documents, including NDAs and other routine commercial agreements.
  • Support commercial contracting processes across the business.
  • Assist with large-scale legal, compliance, and operational projects.
  • Maintain contract records, legal documentation, and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, manage workflows, and ensure timely execution of legal processes.
  • Support multiple lawyers across a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Help improve legal operations, processes, and documentation practices as the company continues to scale.

What They're Looking For

  1. Early-Career Candidates
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–2 years of paralegal or relevant legal experience.
  • Strong academic background and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
  • Interest in building a long-term career within an in-house legal team.

  1. Experienced Career Paralegals
  • Several years of experience supporting corporate, commercial, or compliance-focused legal teams.
  • Ability to manage matters independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Comfortable working directly with attorneys and business stakeholders across multiple functions.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting corporate and commercial legal work.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as:
  • Technology
  • Healthcare
  • Life Sciences
  • Financial Services
  • Energy or Natural Resources
  • Familiarity with contracts, compliance processes, and legal operations.
  • Experience handling NDAs, commercial agreements, and contract management systems.
