Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Market Business Controller, you consolidate and analyse the Sales Market P&L to turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. You drive efficiency, profitability and financial governance across Areas and stores, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong follow‑up and solid commercial decision support.

You will:

  • Consolidate the Sales Market P&L and rolling forecasts, review results and share insights with the Region.
  • Translate P&L findings into clear actions by setting targets and following up with Areas and stores.
  • Lead commercial and operational controlling across stores and online to secure profitable growth.
  • Drive efficiency in the Sales Market (e.g., OPEX control, inventory losses, logistics cost) across Area teams and stores.
  • Govern pricing, promotions, markdowns and stock to protect margin in close collaboration with Merch.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, approvals and compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Track, steer and coach Area Managers on KPIs and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Market Controller, Sales Market Controlling team, Commercial team Accounting and Store Operations, ensuring clear insights, strong follow-up and solid financial governance. You will also work with cross functional partners and BI teams to secure accurate planning and actionable performance reporting across the market.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a similar field.
  • :3–5+ years’ experience in business/financial controlling, FP&A or sales planning; retail or omnichannel experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in P&L consolidation, forecasting and retail KPIs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with planning/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Knowledge of productivity, OPEX and cost control.
