The organisation is looking for trusted senior-level support to help strengthen leadership capability, improve operational discipline, and align key business functions more effectively. This role is designed for someone who can combine executive coaching with practical operational insight to help leaders make better decisions, improve execution, and support sustainable growth.

Your experience will be especially valuable if you have operated in COO, VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles and have a track record of improving business performance, leading teams, and advising senior stakeholders. This role requires someone who can engage credibly with executives, mentor leadership teams, and contribute practical insight across operations, talent, and organisational performance.

What You’ll Be Trusted To

  • Do Provide executive coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured coaching approach.
  • Help executives strengthen decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and team performance.
  • Support leadership teams in improving collaboration, accountability, and execution.
  • Work with senior management to identify and implement operational improvements that support efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to the alignment of key operational areas, including financial management, HR, and compliance, in partnership with internal leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support initiatives that strengthen business performance.
  • Act as a trusted Advisor to the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, succession planning, and high-performing team culture.
  • Build strong internal partnerships that support both operational excellence and strategic growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in COO, VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in operational strategy, business performance improvement, and team leadership.
  • Strong executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy, operations, and leadership practice.
  • Experience working in complex operational environments.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree may be advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel as required.
