Awesome! But what will my new role be?
This is a newly created position where you will work with traditional controlling tasks such as reporting and preparing financial statements, while also driving finance‑related projects. You will work closely with both Finance and IT, taking ownership of projects that strengthen data quality, workflows, and the way we operate across the organization. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of solid financial work and improving the tools and processes behind it.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare monthly reporting & financial statements for approximately 10 of our subsidiaries.
- Supporting budgeting and financial reporting processes.
- Driving finance-related projects such as a new payroll system, ERP initiatives, data accuracy, and automation solutions.
- Optimizing finance workflows through process improvements, education, and efficient use of business systems, or by implementing new features or systems.
- Prepare essential documentation and user guides for new initiatives, ensuring they are well implemented and anchored within the appropriate teams.
Sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
You bring at least 4 years of experience within finance, accounting, or controlling, ideally from a similar role in a global organization. You are used to independently driving projects and improving processes, and you are comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from idea to implementation.
You don’t need to be a system expert, but you are definitely not afraid of technology. You are curious, open-minded, and confident working with systems such as ERP platforms or payroll tools, and you see digitalization as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
Most importantly, you bring strong financial understanding, a structured mindset, and a natural drive to improve how things are done.
