Our client, a growing logistics company, is hiring a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for a fast-paced distribution environment. This Controller role is open due to retirement and is ideal for either an experienced Controller or a strong Accounting Manager ready for the next step.

Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Partner with operations leadership to analyze costs, improve efficiencies, and support profitability
- Oversee internal controls, audits, compliance, and ERP/reporting processes
- Manage and mentor the accounting/finance function while supporting strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Background in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or similar environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, and operational accounting
