As the Controller, you’ll oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with leadership to drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate and timely financial information across the organization. This is a hands-onleadership role with the opportunity to influence systems, policies, and team development.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the CPG industry or a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A CPA is preferred, and a background in public accounting is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and proficiency with ERP systems are key.
