Title: Controller
Salary: $150, base + up to $30% target bonus
Location: Sunrise, FL (On-site)

Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Manage and mentor the accounting team through a period of transformation
- Oversee AP, AR, and GL work
- Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Drive process improvements and implement cost management initiatives
- Work closely with the CFO on financial planning and guide decision making
Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Active CPA (US) is required
- 10+ years of experience including experience managing an accounting team
- Manufacturing industry experience; food manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred
- Expertise in process improvements and cost management
