Position: CarePros Controller Role
Lead the finance department at Care Pros as our new Controller in Edmonton, Alberta. This strategic, in-person role focuses on multi-entity financial operations and sophisticated reporting.
As Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting tasks, audit coordination, and steering budgeting initiatives. Your deep financial acumen and leadership skills will enhance operational efficiencies and drive decision-making. You must have a strong track record in a similar role to meet the challenges of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial close processes and ensure timely reporting
• Oversee all operational accounting activities
• Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts across entities
• Provide insightful financial analysis for executive decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA designation mandatory
• 5-8 years of financial leadership experience
• Proficient in financial analysis and cash flow management
• Proven ability to mentor and lead finance staff
