Salary: $105,000 – $125,000
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Lead the monthly consolidated close, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across six entities
- Produce monthly balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting with restricted/unrestricted analysis
- Coordinate Form 990 preparation and other nonprofit compliance filings
- Supervise a part‑time accounting specialist handling AP, AR, and daily transactions
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Nonprofit accounting experience (GAAP, compliance, reporting)
