Controller and Head of Finance

This is not a traditional accounting role.

You would own the financial backbone of the firm across multiple funds, SPVs, GP entities, and the RIA, and be responsible for making sure everything actually ties out.

We are looking for someone who can challenge NAVs, rebuild capital activity and carry when needed, track flows across a multi-entity platform, own management company and GP books, and serve as the primary interface for tax, accounting, audit and also own the monthly close process.

The right candidate has 6–10 years of experience at a RIA, family office, or private investment firm, with strong understanding of NAV, capital activity, carry/waterfalls, and tax coordination across entities. This person should be comfortable operating with high ownership, and low oversight, and should take pride in catching things others miss.

This role offers ownership of a critical function across a fast- growing platform, direct exposure to private investments and firm economics, and a path to broader finance leadership over time.
