We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. If you enjoy working with data, partnering with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for improvement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to departments, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making;
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities;
- Analyse costs (OPEX) and propose actions to enhance efficiency and optimize performance;
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance;
- Support and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Analyse market data (revenues, volumes, market share) and translate trends into business insights;
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management decisions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis / controlling;
- Excellent planning and monitoring financial/economic indicators skills;
- Advance Excel skills (Power Point is a plus);
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
