We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team.
This role will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the company’s growth across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax authorities, VAT, transfer pricing (TP), and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.
- Support annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisor.
- Manage cash flow reporting and balance sheet analysis.
- Partner with FP&A and operational teams to support budgeting and business decision.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Manage ongoing maintenance and daily financial operations within the ERP system.
- Work closely with the company’s auditors.
- Manage and mentor accounting team members.
- Reports directly to the CFO.
Requirements:
- CPA with Big 4 background – a must.
- 5+ years of experience as a Controller.
- Experience in a global company, preferably in retail, e-commerce, tech, or consumer.
- Strong understanding of consolidated financial reporting and internal controls.
- Experience working with US entities and international subsidiaries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing environments.
- Experience in inventory management and global supply chain accounting – an advantage.
- Experience working with SAP – an advantage.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
