Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller based in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Controller will manage the dealership's financial operations, including overseeing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, maintaining budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, analyzing financial data to support business decisions, and coordinating with leadership to ensure the overall financial health of the dealership.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
- Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Compliance, and Internal Auditing
- Proven ability to supervise teams and lead operational processes
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation is a plus)
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment is an advantage
