In this service-oriented position, you will interact directly with Members to guide them through the consumer loan process.
Your role involves accurately submitting applications, gathering required documentation, and maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service. Your efforts will be critical in fulfilling the Member’s needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver world-class service to members in a professional manner
• Support Member transactions for lending decisions
• Ensure accurate completion of loan documentation
• Communicate approvals and denials to Members clearly
• Maintain confidentiality of Member and credit union records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Under 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
• Basic understanding of consumer lending services
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to enter information accurately and thoroughly
