We are seeking a highly analytical, structured, and problem-solving Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. You will play a key role in supporting client engagements, analyzing business problems, and developing actionable recommendations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to support client projects across various industries.
Analyze business processes, financial data, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop clear, structured presentations and reports for client deliverables.
Support senior consultants in problem-solving, strategy development, and project execution.
Build financial models, dashboards, and data analysis tools where required.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Assist in developing business strategies, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks and outputs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role is preferred.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data modeling is a plus).
Ability to structure complex problems and present clear solutions.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to consulting frameworks or case interview experience is a plus.
