Role Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects for The Group Hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, with up to 25% travel. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction processes, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving any project-related challenges to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
- Strong skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects
- Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management methodologies
- Ability to analyze project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are a plus
- Restaurant construction experience required****
Compensation
$120-$150k/yr, plus benefits
