Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, based in Riyadh. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, including project planning, budgeting, and execution. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead teams, delegate tasks, and ensure successful project execution
- Experience in Budgeting and Project Control to manage resources, estimate costs, and adhere to financial limits
- Knowledge of Construction and Construction Safety to ensure compliance with safety standards and efficient project management
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with landscape construction and relevant tools and methodologies is a plus
